The parties are going to review all the proposal presented at the negotiations and inform their counterparts about their decision by the diplomatic mail, told Sarke the special envoy of the Foreign Ministry of Georgia Avtandil Napetvaridze. On November 10, the Parliament ratified an agreement on joint exploitation of railway ferry by Bulgaria, Georgia and Ukraine, with the voices of 125 “for” and 2 – “against”. The agreement signed in April 1999 envisages a ferry connection between Varna (Bulgaria) and Ilichevsk (Ukraine) ports from Batumi and Poti (Georgia).

The decision on exempt from tax of roughage (hay) import for cattle has been in fact unanimously adopted at the Parliament meeting on November 10 (only one MP was against). At the same time they couldn’t agree with the Finance Ministry, referring to IMF recommendations.

Today, on the basis of the Center of struggle against tuberculosis has been opened a modern ecobacteriological laboratory. According to the information of the Ministry of Health Labor and Social Welfare, the creation of this laboratory cost $300,000.
