“GALT&TAGGART”: IN Q2, DEMAND ON BATUMI RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE MARKET CONTINUED GROWTH
Demand on the residential real estate market of Batumi continued to grow in the 2nd quarter, Galt&Taggart said, referring to Public Registry. The company specified that year-on-year growth of sales’ number made up 9.5%, comprising of 23.4% growth on secondary market and 0.5% decrease on primary one (“impacted by delayed registrations”).
