GEORGIAN COMPETITION AGENCY IDENTIFIED 3 CASES OF CONCENTRATION MADE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency declared about identification of 3 cases of concentration subject to prior notification, which were carried out without the approval.

According to the Agency, the cases concern the sectors of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), sale and repair of heating and cooling systems, as well as wholesale trade in scrap of ferrous metals.
