GEORGIAN COMPETITION AGENCY CONCLUDED AGREEMENT ON CONDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS WITH “WOLT GEORGIA”

Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency declared that agreement was signed with courier company LLC Wolt Georgia, assigning on the latter conditional obligations in favor of consumers.

According to the Agency, the agreement obliges the company to bring internal policy into line with the requirements of the law, to develop a form for providing information to consumers in Georgian and post it both on the trading platform and on the website.
