TBILISI CITY HALL: “TBILISI URBAN FOREST” PROJECT IS AT THE COMPLETION STAGE

The “Tbilisi Urban Forest” project, which is ongoing under the memorandum signed with Cartu Foundation (charity, established by Bidzina Ivanishvili, billionaire founder and honorary chairman of Georgian Dream), is at the completion stage, Tbilisi City Hall declared.

According to the City Hall, within the framework of the project, territory of up to 700 hectares has been already restored, and up to 45 km of pedestrian and bicycle paths have been renewed, including the arrangement of new paths of up to 20 km.
