As the speaker of Parliament Zurab Zhvania claims, none of the political forces will have chance of ballot-box-staffing.The draft introduced by the majority calls for the formation of the commission in the following way: 1 member is appointed by president, 2 – represent Ajara and Abkhazia, 6 – represent parties clearing the 3-percent hurdle (one from each).
