    According to head of Finance Ministry’s Service Agency Grigol Baiburt, revenue from state property realization made up 6.67 million lari. Out of this sum, 3.1 million lari was transfered to the budget.

  18. “TELASI” TO IMPLEMENT IPO IN 2013

    According to director general of JSC TELASI (Tbilisi energy distributor) Yuri Pimonov, the company plans to implement initial public offering in 2013.  At this stage, restructuring of debts is being underway in terms to make the company more stable, he said.  No other details, including volume of arrears, are disclosed so far.

    According to the company’s report for 2010, on October 27, 2008, TELASI signed agreement with parent company, envisaging conversion of energy distributor’s indebtedness due to the latter ($388.3 million) into new loan.  The company should have repaid liabilities of 147.5 million lari until end of 2011.

  19. “TELASI” INVESTED 27.5M LARI THIS YEAR

    Director general of JSC TELASI (Tbilisi energy distributor) Yuri Pimonov has declared that the company’s investments in production and non-production spheres made up 27.5 million lari this year.  Next year, up to 26 million lari is planned to invest in the company’s development.
