AMENDMENTS TO THE INSTRUCTION ESTABLISHED BY THE ORDER N996 OF MINISTER OF FINANCE OF GEORGIA - The amendment establishes a rule for determining market price of a taxpayer’s taxable property during tax audit process. The tax authorities are entitled to determine the value of taxpayer’s immovable taxable property (except land) at market price if the market price of a taxable property exceeds its book value.
