Head of the German Foreign Ministry Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who arrived in Georgia on July 16, has visited Sukhumi in terms of the visit also, and then went to Moscow. He represented plan on conflict regulation to the sides, which was prepared by a group of friend-countries of UN Secretary General on Georgia, which includes Germany.
