IS IT EVEN WORTHWHILE TO TALK ABOUT GEORGIAN POLITICS?

In most places, political analysis provides an essential and fundamental way of understanding the unfolding developments of the country in question. Yet in Georgia, where a confusing array of parties and a cacophony of candidates (2,000 in all ran in Tbilisi’s last city elections) dominate, it is almost impossible for anyone to understand what is going on, unless they are personally involved in some aspect of the politics.
