Company Transystem (oil-products and dry cargo shipment) blames Batumi Industrial Holding (operator of Batumi port) for violation of agreement terms. Lawyer of Transystem Dimitri Gabunia is going to submit claim to Prosecutor’s Office in this connection.

Zurab Gvasalia, president of Georgian Banks Association, comments on initiative on state development bank’s establishment, which should be conducted on base of Partnership Fund.

Gvasalia considers that this is “step forward, as state development bank, in its classic meaning, is not a commercial bank”.
