“TI GEORGIA”: THE GOVERNMENT FAILED TO TAKE ADEQUATE MEASURES FOR PREVENTION, IDENTIFICATION AND ERADICATION OF CORRUPTION AT HIGH LEVELS
TI Georgia, Georgian branch of Transparency International, declared that the government of Georgia in general failed to take adequate measures in 2014-2016 for prevention, identification and eradication of corruption at high levels. In spite of certain steps, taken for improvement of the legislative base, obvious gaps were seen in execution of regulation against corruption and conflict of interests, the organization specified.
