    As was mentioned at the yesterday’s meeting of South Ossetian self-proclaimed republic’s Parliament Chairman Kosta Dzugayev with Georgian Parliament Speaker Zurab Zhvania, this will become the first step to official transfer to using in the region Lari as a payment mean. According to Dzugayev, in the republic positively relate to this perspective and realistically evaluate the situation of affairs due to the Russian financial crisis.
