    The Chairman of the Georgian Parliament Zurab Zhvania hailed provocative the statement made by the State Duma Speaker Genadi Seleznyov and the leader of the Russian Communists Genadi Zyuganov, that the weapon to Chechnya are delivered via Georgia and Azerbaijan. In his words, if the weapon is really delivered to Chechnya, only from the Russian military bases located in these countries.
