NATIONAL TOURISM ADMINISTRATION TO BE HEADED BY MARIAM KVRIVISHVILI
Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development reported about appointment of Mariam Kvrivishvili as the head of National Tourism Administration.
Kvrivishvili, born in 1990, holds bachelor’s degree of Black Sea International University (faculty of marketing and business administration) and master’s degree of Tbilisi Free University (faculty of business administration).

Ekaterina Kubusidze, head of information and modern technologies department at Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, said that the Ministry works on national strategy of safe Internet. The Ministry is assisted by International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in this work, she noted.

Georgian Economy and Sustainable Development Ministry’s Agency Produce in Georgia reported about program of managers’ retraining, planned together with German Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy and German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
According to the Agency, the program covers both trainings and visits to the German companies and individual meetings with representatives of local business.
