    The court of the Krtsanisi district (Tbilisi) sustained a claim of the head of the firm Sameba (wine producing firm) Zurab Tkemaladze, who raised it against a tax service of Georgia. The Judge Paata Nozadze ruled that more than 130,000 Lari is to be returned to the entrepreneur, that has been illegally taken by way of VAT by the tax service for the grapes purchased in 1996.
