The Judge Paata Nozadze ruled that more than 130,000 Lari is to be returned to the entrepreneur, that has been illegally taken by way of VAT by the tax service for the grapes purchased in 1996.

He declared that welcomes any kind of peaceful initiatives, the President of the self-proclaimed Republic Vladislav Ardzinba however, does not have legitimacy to make such kind of initiatives.
