ABOUT 150 GEORGIAN AND 80 CHINESE COMPANIES TOOK PART IN SEMINAR ON GEORGIA-CHINA TRADE AND ECONOMIC COOPERATION DEVELOPMENT

Today, Tbilisi hosted the 2^nd seminar on development of trade and economic cooperation between Georgia and China, organized by Georgian Partnership Fund and administration of the Chinese province of Jiangxi.

As the Fund reported, the event attracted representatives of 150 Georgian and 80 Chinese companies from such spheres, as industry, agriculture, energy, tourism, etc.

MINISTRY OF SPORT AND YOUTH AFFAIRS: CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SPORT CENTER IN GORI SHOULD BE COMPLETED IN NOVEMBER

Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs declared that construction of multipurpose sport center in Gori has to come to the end in November.

At this stage, installation of iron construction is underway, being brought to Georgia by Canadian company Behlen Industries, which is involved in construction process, the Ministry said.

According to report of Sakartvelos Banki (Bank of Georgia), its net profit as of March 31 amounted to 118.36 million lari. If compared with the same period of 2016, the volume has increased by 342.4%.

TBILISI CITY HALL: OUT OF 16 OPEN CAFES, ARRANGED WITHOUT PERMISSION ON AGMASHENEBELI AVENUE, 12 ARE CANCELLED COMPLETELY, 2 – PARTIALLY, WHILE OWNERS OF 2 STILL DID NOT CARRY OUT ANY ACTIONS

City Hall of Tbilisi declared that out of 16 open cafes, arranged on Agmashenebeli Avenue without corresponding permission, 12 are cancelled completely, 2 – partially, while owners of 2 objects still did not carry out any actions.

Violations were revealed on August 9 and the mentioned objects were given time until August 14 in order to correct them, the City Hall stated.
