    Sakstat reported that in the 4th quarter of 2011, shares of Ajara autonomous republic and Imereti region are slightly reduced quarter-on-quarter in companies’ total turnover and output.

    In the reporting quarter, Tbilisi was a leader among regions in terms of companies’ total turnover (7.63 billion lari), accounting for 75.7% of it (growth – 2.8 percentage points).

  15. “SILKNET”: NUMBER OF “S1” SUBSCRIBERS REACHED 5,000 IN TBILISI

    Operator SilkNet reported that within a month after starting operation on mobile communications market, number of subscribers of its mobile service S1 reached 5,000 in Tbilisi.

    As the company noted, this new product is mainly applied by subscribers of its fixed network.
