    Bankruptcy manager of LLC Magnate 2006 declared that first lot of the company’s property was sold on recent auction. The property was acquired for 408,000 lari by LLC Oil-Products’ Distribution Corporation.

  3. TURNOVER OF SERVICE AGENCY’S ONLINE AUCTIONS AMOUNTED TO 90M LARI

    Finance Ministry’s Service Agency reported that turnover of e-auctions’ website totaled to 90 million lari in this year. The website has 8,000 visitors daily, the Agency notes.

  4. ALTERNATIVE AUDIT TO BE AVAILABLE FOR ENTERPRISES WITH TURNOVER BELOW 10,000 LARI ALSO

    Revenue Service of the Finance Ministry declared that enterprises with small turnover (i.e. below 100,000 lari a year) will be involved in “Alternative Audit” project also. For the moment, 20 such enterprises and up to 20 auditors are selected for participation in the project in Tbilisi.

    Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri declared that the government considers legislative amendments, connected to privatization issues.

    These amendments should allow placement of the state-owned shares of large companies on international exchanges (London, New York, Warsaw, etc.), Gilauri said at the government meeting today.

    As of July, creditor’s claims towards JSC EnergyInvest total to 75.2 million lari.

  14. Rezonansi: “TBILISI IS LEADER IN THE REGION IN TERMS OF REALTY HIGH PRICE”

    The newspaper reports that cost of 1 square m in new house in the center of Baku amounts to $1,068, in Yerevan – $1,175 while in Tbilisi – $1,000-1,700.

    Prices in Baku are increased by 2-3% comparing to the same period of the previous year, real estate cost is decreased in Yerevan, while in Tbilisi prices are not changed, the newspaper notes.

  15. LARGE TAXPAYERS CAN USE INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENT FOR PURCHASING GPRS-EQUIPPED CASH REGISTERS

    According to Georgian Finance Ministry, there are up to 700 large taxpayers registered in the country, which should purchase by the end of the year new, GPRS-equipped cash registers. Cost of each cash register makes up 290 lari, while monthly service fee – 5 lari.

    Georgian Stock Exchange reported that trade with shares of JSC Laguna Vere (swimming pool in the center of Tbilisi) is suspended since today.

    The Exchange told Sarke that the decision was caused by agreement termination between the JSC and its registrar company, LLC Registrar.

  18. “PROCREDIT BANK” TO OPEN BRANCH IN SAMTREDIA

    ProCredit Bank announced intention to launch branch in Samtredia (Imereti region), where it is not represented so far.

    The branch will be focused on small and middle-sized business support and especially – on agriculture development, the bank said.
