    Telecommunication company SilkNet announced that health insurance of its employees is being provided by PSP Insurance.

    According to SilkNet, insurance company was selected due to offered terms, in particular – flexible registration form and existence of provider clinics in all regions of the country.

  3. EXPERTS DISCUSS DEVELOPMENT OF BAKU-TBILISI-BATUMI/TRABZON HIGHWAY

    Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development has reported that expert group holds the meeting in Batumi, discussing development of Baku-Tbilisi-Batumi/Trabzon highway and supporting infrastructure.

    Development of supporting infrastructure envisages upgrade of customs checkpoints and their equipment with modern technologies; as well as expansion of filling stations, car parkings and hotels’ network, the Ministry noted.

    LLC Geo-Plaza, winner of the auction on Tbilisi Rail-Welding Plant privatization, has paid own offer of 3.35 million lari, Economy and Sustainable Ministry has told Sarke. Starting price on the auction, held in the end of August, made up 3.3 million lari.

    National Communication Commission imposed fine of 5,000 lari on Liberty Bank. According to the Commission, Liberty Bank conducted unauthorized use of radio frequency ranges 161.15 mHz and 158.00 mHz.

  9. “DEUTSCHE BAHN” TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO BUY IN TBILISI AS WELL

    Since today, tickets of German railway operator Deutsche Bahn are available to purchase in Tbilisi as well (the service is available in 130 countries). The service in Georgia is provided by Georgian Avia Service Agency in cooperation with Turkish air company Pegasus.

    Georgian Ministry of Economy and Stable Development said that the event, which will last for 3 days, should draft an action plan for the project.

    Tbilisi Agency for Property Management reported that part of Kalakproekti building on Agmashenebeli Ave. 89/24 (Urban Project) was sold for 1.1 million lari.

    The Agency did not name new owner, saying that it will announce it only after registration of property rights.
