  1. “GWP”: CONSTRUCTION OF “SAGURAMOHES” FINISHED

    Georgian Water&Power (GWP, Tbilisi company of water supply and sewerage) declared that construction of SaguramoHES in Saguramo village (Mtskheta municipality of Mtskheta-Mtianeti region) is completed and the hydroelectric station was connected on September 25 to common energy system of the country.

    Construction was started in December 2015, the works were supervised by Swiss company Stucky SA, GWP said.

  2. THE GOVERNMENT: CO-INVESTMENT FUND TO BUILD 5-STAR HOTEL IN GANMUKHURI

    Georgian government announces that Co-Investment Fund will build 5-star, 190-room hotel with cost of $60 million in Ganmukhuri (Samegrelo region). The hotel will be located on 35,000 square m at Ganmukhuri coast.

  3. AJARA GOVERNMENT: WORKS COMPLETED ON REGULATION PLAN OF GODERDZI RESORT DEVELOPMENT

    Government of Ajara declared that international and Georgian organizations have completed works on regulation plan of Goderdzi resort development.

    As the government pointed, the strategy envisages that the resort with development area of 633.45 ha will be capable to host 7,000 visitors simultaneously round the year.

  4. REGULATORY COMMISSION: COMMERCIAL ON OPENING OF TWO-WAY TRAFFIC ON PUSHKIN STREET IN TBILISI DID NOT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF PRE-ELECTION POLITICAL ADVERTISEMENT

    National Communication Commission said that United National Movement has applied to it with the claim that commercial on opening of two-way traffic on Pushkin Street in Tbilisi showed signs of pre-election political advertisement.

    The commercial was broadcasted by TV companies Maestro, Imedi, GDS and Rustavi-2 by order of Tbilisi City Hall, placed via advertisement companies as paid advertisement.

  20. Tabula: “CONSTRUCTION OF WIND POWER PLANT NEAR GORI BROUGHT TO END”

    Works on construction of the first Georgian wind power plant of 20.7 MW has been already completed, the magazine reports.
