    Prosecutor’s Office declared about completion of investigation of closure of Iberia broadcasting company by governmental officials in 2004 and forced withdrawal of its broadcasting license.

    Because of the mentioned, the Office launched today a criminal prosecution against of former justice minister and prosecutor general Zurab Adeishvili, who has been charged already of other cases, and former first deputy of prosecutor general Giorgi Latsabidze.

    The organization claims that Batumi Auto Transport, subordinated to Batumi City Hall, announced tender on procurement of oil-products for cars, which was won by company NM, which buys from Gazprom.
