    The newspaper reports that the President Mikheil Saakashvili has already managed to build small administrative building (a glass House of Justice) in Lazika, a new city, which construction has started on the Black Sea coast.

    However, Bidzina Ivanishvili, leader of parliamentary elections’ winner coalition Georgian Dream and candidate for the Prime Minister’s office, declared that Lazika would not be built and named this project a joke, the newspaper points.

    Georgian Stock Exchange reported that 54 OTC deals on 2.38 million shares were fixed in the 3rd quarter. Turnover made up 1.7 million lari.

    Civil Aviation Agency reported that two Russian companies, S7 (Sibir Airlines) and Ural Airlines, plan to perform flights to Kutaisi airport from mid October. The carriers have already applied to the Agency.

    Representatives of Wizz Air Ukraine declared yesterday at the opening of Kutaisi Airport that flights between Kutaisi and Kiev would be performed on a regular basis from 2013.

    The air company fulfilled first flight yesterday and according to the newspaper, travel on route Kutaisi-Kiev-Kutaisi cost $342.

    Office of Georgian Premier reported that Hungarian side expressed interest for investments in Georgian agriculture.

    Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development announced that construction of Gomi-Khashuri section of East-West highway will be launched in spring 2013.

    Respective project will be ready by late October, after which a tender will be announced, Deputy Minister Mamuka Vatsadze said at the yesterday’s governmental meeting.
